Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

The Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts are the legal documents by which our policy is formed. These laws set out the standard for which goods and services must be delivered both in promotion and sale. In short, businesses must not be misleading with their promotions and customers have the right to have faulty or sub-standard products repaired, replaced or refunded. Product Faults:

For faults in regards to manufacturing or delivery, please see our Warranties Policy.

If a product becomes faulty from normal wear and tear it is unlikely to be able to be returned or exchanged unless it meets the criteria set out under the above acts. Any queries about product faults from wear and tear can be sent to our team: help@wheelies.shop

Wrong Product:


Under the extent permitted to us by law, we may not allow a return or exchange on a product. We may consider a return or exchange that is non-legally binding if;

  • Tags have not been removed
  • Packaging is not damaged
  • You have proof of purchase

 In all instances, contact us to see what options are available (if any) for exchanges. help@wheelies.shop. If a return or an exchange is accepted, customers may be liable for a restocking fee and freight charges.
